TIMOTHY M. NETKOVICK, Attorney
Tim's extensive trial experience in civil litigation, construction law, and employment law cases makes him a fierce litigation expert. He counsels a wide variety of businesses on numerous state and federal employment laws, including those relating to discrimination, harassment and retaliation, wage-and-hour, disability and leave, OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation, and contract negotiations.

Tim’s preventive work includes drafting employee handbooks and policies, preparing non-disclosure, non-solicitation, and non-compete agreements, and conducting management training.
In 2016 Tim joined the Royal Law Firm, which became Of Counsel to Minasian Becker LLC in 2020.
